fund accountant

We're seeking an entry-level accountant to support bank loan position servicing within mutual funds. You will prepare the daily reconciliation processes and help manage lifecycle events for bank loans under the guidance of senior team members. The role involves hands-on work in Excel and operational platforms, close coordination with internal partners, and a strong focus on control, accuracy, and timeliness

What we expect

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics. 

• 0–3 years in fund accounting, investment operations, or a related field (asset management internships/co-ops a plus).

• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and exposure to Solvas or other accounting systems (helpful). 

• Basic understanding of mutual fund accounting concepts, willingness to learn bank loan mechanics, NAV principles, and foundational reconciliation skills. 

• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, client-service orientation, ability to meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and openness to working in-office.
