Senior People Management Partner

We are looking for a Senior People Management Specialist to take a pivotal position within our People & Culture team. As a strategic partner to our leadership, you will balance business priorities with a strong focus on employee advocacy, advising on HR strategy, organizational development, and multi-country people operations.
Based in Warsaw, you will be part of a global team operating across Poland, Portugal, and Spain, ensuring local execution while maintaining global alignment. You will collaborate closely with leaders and cross functional teams, acting as the primary HR partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
In a fast-paced and evolving environment, you will act as the primary HR partner to the business and a key link to the broader People & Culture community. Ideal candidates are innovative, analytical, collaborative, and solutions-driven, with the ability to engage effectively across different levels, locations, and disciplines. This role demands energy, adaptability, and enthusiasm, grounded in sound HR strategy.

What we expect

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-change, matrix organization.
•    Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and a solid understanding of EU employment regulations, with the ability to interpret legislation and translate it into practical HR guidance.
•    Strong understanding of global HR strategies, compliance requirements, and HR systems, with proven experience implementing HRIS solutions.
•    Ability to manage multi-country HR processes and adapt policies to local contexts.
•    Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
•    Fluency in English & Polish
