Payroll Specialist with German

For our client, a leader in the business services sector (BPO/SSC) based in Kraków, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist with German. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing payroll processes. Your daily duties will include administering payroll, working with payroll data, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for employees.

What we expect from you?

• Fluent German (C1 level) and strong English communication skills,
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field,
• Previous experience in payroll administration, HR operations, or data management,
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) and payroll tools,
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling,
• Solid understanding of employee data lifecycle and payroll processes,
• Experience working with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk) is a plus,
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail,
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment,
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
