Senior/Lead Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with experience in Big Data processing technologies and techniques who is comfortable working alongside a strong, international team of engineers, to build applications for a key Client initiative. 

We are mainly looking for passionate people who are looking to continually improve and challenge themselves to work in a highly disciplined, verifiable manner.

What we expect from you?

Must-have criteria:

• 7–11 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Big Data processing.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Apache Spark.
• Advanced proficiency in Java or Scala.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and TDD principles.
• Strong analytical, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Apache Hadoop (YARN, HDFS).
• Familiarity with Airflow for workflow orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, Elasticsearch).
• Experience with Python, Spring Framework, Maven, and Git.
