HR Specialist

For our client,a company specializing in advanced railway technologies based in Wrocław, we are looking for a versatile and engaged HR Specialist.

In this role, you will take full ownership of all HR processes within the company while acting as a true partner to both the business and the team. You will seamlessly balance people-first support with driving employee development, shaping organizational culture, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication across the organization.

What we expect from you?

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar HR role,
• Practical knowledge of Polish Labor Law, social security regulations (ZUS), and best practices for maintaining employee documentation,
• Practical experience with HR and payroll software,
• Good command of English (at least B2 level),
• Ability to work independently with high flexibility and willingness to support the business in other operational areas as needed,
• High degree of accuracy, thoroughness, and personal accountability for assigned processes,
• Strong organizational skills and effective task prioritization.
