Supply Chain and Discrepancy Specialist / Intercompany Analyst

We are looking for an engaged and detail-oriented candidate for the position of Supply Chain & Discrepancy Specialist (Intercompany Analyst) at the international operations center in Wrocław.

In this role, you will serve as a key global link in ensuring smooth operational and financial flows between various entities across the EMEA region.

Your main responsibility will be overseeing internal settlement accuracy, resolving invoice and delivery discrepancies, and ensuring data consistency across logistics systems.

What we expect from you?

Must have:

• Fluent English - excellent written and verbal communication skills for smooth, daily interaction in an international environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office - strong practical knowledge of Excel, along with proficient use of Outlook and Teams.
• Practical experience with SAP (procurement, invoicing, or sales support modules).
• Previous experience in similar role (logistics, customer service, or supply chain)
• Strong attention to detail, curiosity in root-cause analysis, and proven problem-solving skills when working with data.
• Motivation to learn, flexibility, and a strong ability to work effectively within a team.
