Full Stack Lead Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and highly technical Full Stack Lead Engineer to join our team in Warsaw or Cracow. In this role, you will take ownership of the frontend architecture while maintaining a strong grip on backend processes and cloud deployments. What we expect from you?

• Overall Experience: 10+ years of relevant software engineering experience (Mandatory).

• Frontend Expertise: 5–8 years of deep, hands-on experience with React (hooks, Redux, Context API). Proficiency in Angular is also strictly required.

• Backend Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core WebAPI, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework.

• Database Management: Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) as well as NoSQL systems (MongoDB, Cassandra).

• Cloud & DevOps Skills: Practical, hands-on experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), Git, and modern CI/CD practices.

• Emerging Tech: Hands-on knowledge or strong familiarity with Generative AI, OpenAI APIs, and Vector DBs.

• Language: Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.

• Leadership: Ability to lead projects, make critical architectural decisions, and act as the technical Frontend Lead.
