As a GBS Knowledge Expert, you will play a key role in organizing, updating, and safeguarding corporate knowledge. You will be responsible for the end-to-end preparation and maintenance of documentation across core finance streams, supporting the transition from legacy repositories to modern solutions.
Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the company’s digital transformation by formatting and optimizing content for AI-driven solutions, such as corporate chatbots.

What we expect from you?

• professional experience: proven background working Finance/Accounting environments, with a good understanding of financial processes.\
• knowledge management expertise: practical experience in documentation creation, technical writing, or hands-on knowledge management practices.
• communication skills: excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively gather requirements from subject matter experts and translate them into clear, user-friendly documentation.
• mindset & quality focus: highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data accuracy. Proactive approach to identifying knowledge gaps and drafting missing documentation.
• working style: strong organizational skills, ability to manage daily tasks independently, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• language skills: fluency in English (C1 level) allowing for seamless communication in an international corporate environment.
