Senior Software Quality & SRE Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality & SRE Lead for one of our clients, a globally recognized financial enterprise. This leadership role is central to a new cybersecurity transformation project. You will be responsible for the end-to-end reliability, testing automation, and operational excellence of newly built enterprise security solutions. By combining deep software engineering fundamentals with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, you will ensure the platform is highly resilient, scalable, and performs flawlessly under pressure.

What we expect from you?

• Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, and platform reliability.

• Automation Mastery: Hands-on experience designing and implementing advanced test automation frameworks and strategies.

• SRE Fundamentals: Proven track record in Site Reliability Engineering, production operations, and understanding of system performance, availability, and resiliency.

• DevOps & Tooling: Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and observability/monitoring tools.

• Leadership & Communication: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to mentor engineering teams on best practices and collaborate seamlessly across infrastructure and security units.
