Payroll Project Manager

For our client, a company which recently underwent a major corporate separation  from a global enterprise to establish a new, independent organization, we are looking for a highly experienced, self-driven, and hands-on Payroll Project Manager for a transformation project. In this role, you will oversee the vendor’s delivery, monitor implementation progress, and define the future-state operating model for the client's internal team.

What we expect from you?

• Experience in project management (8-10 years) with a proven track record in large-scale transformation projects within Payroll and HR Operations,
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Payroll and HR Ops / People Solutions processes,
• Hands-on experience with systems such as Workday (or equivalent enterprise HR/Payroll platforms),
• Fluent English (written and spoken),
• A strong "hands-on" attitude — someone who actively digs into processes, systems, and details rather than just managing high-level progress,
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational setups and carve-out scenarios.
