What we expect from you?

• Relevant Experience: Experience in Fund Accounting, Investment Operations, Custody Services, Financial Control, Audit, Financial Analysis, or Risk Management

• Market Knowledge: Understanding of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives, or alternative investments) and capital market mechanics

• Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken English (B2/C1 minimum), as we operate in a global, cross-border environment

• Work Authorization: Must have full legal authorization to work in Poland without the need for employer work permit sponsorship
• Aviability: You would be working mostly from the office in Wrocław
