Your responsibilities

• Welcome guests and introduce them to their residence and the available services
• Learn individual preferences and anticipate personal requirements
• Provide attentive, discreet and personalised butler-style service
• Assist with dining arrangements, special occasions and individual guest requests
• Coordinate closely with the Housekeeping, Culinary, Beverage and Guest Services teams
• Help maintain the immaculate presentation of guest residences
• Respond professionally to requests and resolve concerns promptly
• Create thoughtful details that make each guest’s journey feel personal

Your profile

Relevant professional backgrounds may include:

• Five-star hotels or luxury resorts
• Butler or private household service
• Luxury cruise ships or yachts
• Guest relations, concierge or executive lounge service
• Fine dining or other personalised hospitality environments

You should also bring:

• Excellent English communication skills
• A warm, polished and naturally service-oriented personality
• Discretion and respect for guest privacy
• Emotional intelligence and the ability to understand individual situations
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility and resilience for life at sea

Life onboard is demanding. Contracts require several months away from home, long working days, flexibility and genuine commitment to both guests and colleagues.
