Leads the master data function across parts and supplier domains, establishing governance, data

quality standards and lifecycle controls that support reliable supply chain operations. The role

develops a global team, aligns cross-functional stakeholders and ensures master data enables

compliant, efficient and increasingly automated business processes.

Czego oczekujemy od Ciebie?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Management, Information Systems, Finance or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in master data management, supply chain, procurement operations, vendor management or ERP data governance.
• Strong experience managing master data within ERP systems, preferably with demonstrated
  experience across both material/parts and vendor/supplier master data domains.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing global, geographically dispersed teams,
  with the ability to set direction, build accountability and deliver results across locations and
  cultures.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional global stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Operations, Asset Integrity, Projects, Compliance and other business functions.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, lifecycle management and stewardship
  principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of internal controls, audit, compliance and risk management.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with strong communication and influencing skills in an
  international business environment.
• Availability and willingness to travel as required to support business needs, stakeholder
  engagement,
