Our client, a globally recognized organization, is currently building a new international payroll team in Warsaw to support payroll operations across the EMEA region. Responsibilities:

• Support payroll operations across selected EMEA countries.
• Collect and verify payroll-related data, including attendance, absences, overtime, bonuses, and employee changes.
• Assist with payroll input preparation and payroll validation activities.
• Review payroll reports and help identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Support the preparation of payroll documentation and employee records.
• Respond to employee payroll-related queries and provide timely updates.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with payroll procedures and data confidentiality requirements.
• Work with payroll and HR systems to support daily operations and reporting activities.
• Actively support the development and optimization of payroll processes within the newly established EMEA team.

Requirements:

• Experience in payroll administration, HR administration, employee services, HR operations, SSC/BPO, finance operations, or a related area.
• Fluent English (C1) and Spanish (B2+).
• Interest in developing a career in payroll and HR operations.
• Good attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good Excel skills.
• Experience working with HR systems, payroll systems, SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar tools will be an advantage.
• Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
