Business and System Analyst

We are seeking a Business and System Analyst for one of our clients, a globally recognized enterprise in the high-tech sector. In this role, you will play a key part in driving system analysis for digital and eCommerce solutions, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You will take end-to-end responsibility for feature delivery, acting as a central point of contact for developers, business stakeholders, team leads, and QA teams to transform complex business needs into high-quality technical specifications.

What we expect from you?

• SAP Commerce Cloud Expertise: 3+ years of experience implementing SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) solutions alongside strong domain knowledge in B2B/B2C e-Commerce.

• Business & System Analysis: Proven track record in gathering requirements, modeling business processes (UML, BPMN), and driving end-to-end user story creation.

• Proficiency in BA Tools: Hands-on experience with diagramming tools (Visio, draw.io), wireframing/prototyping tools (Balsamiq, InVision), and backlog/wiki management platforms (JIRA, Confluence).

• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional technical writing, written, and verbal communication skills to lead analysis discussions and drive consensus among cross-functional stakeholders.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
