Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic communications team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their communications career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading various communication materials including press releases, newsletters, and internal memos.; Support the management and updating of social media platforms by creating content and monitoring engagement.; Coordinate logistics and communications for events, webinars, and meetings.; Help maintain and organize the communications calendar and ensure timely dissemination of information.; Collaborate with different departments to gather content and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.; Excellent written and verbal communication skills.; Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.; Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management systems.; Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
