Corporate Recruiter

We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to build and scale the Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and G&A departments in Guatemala. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategies & partner with company leaders. You'll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and driving hiring success in a fast-paced environment. You are passionate about building high performing teams and love challenges, have strong business acumen & deliver best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Own end to end hiring from sourcing to offer across a variety of business organizations (Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, etc.); Develop and execute recruiting strategies; Map talent and identify companies that have the best talent and are working with in US market; Sourcing, screen and identify top talent; Track and analyze trends and metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence; Help identify and recommend scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategies

Requirements

3+ years of end to end recruiting experience preferably recruiting for tech companies, selling into the US market.; Fluent in conversational and written English; Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and interviewing skills; Thinks like an owner. Takes ownership and initiative; Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and ability to deliver results
