Responsibilities

Lead the sourcing and deployment of Procurement solutions for Vietnam; Deliver measurable value through strategic sourcing and supplier performance management; Ensure that Accor’s Procurement solutions are built in agreement with owner, Customer, VPOs and stakeholder requirements; Setup procurement for long term success by showcasing strong commercial value early in the owners/operations relationship; Provide day-to-day procurement support to hotel purchasing and finance teams, sharing category expertise and monitoring competitor GPO trends to elevate internal and external satisfaction.; Translate unique hotel Brand DNAs into bespoke sourcing strategies for new builds and renovations, collaborating with internal communities to deliver tailored FF&E and OS&E solutions.; Drive operational excellence by proposing streamlined workflows and coordinating with IT, operations, and suppliers to deploy digital "procure-to-pay" and onboarding solutions

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Diploma in Hospitality Management; Strong English & Vietnamese language ability both spoken and written; 7+ years in relevant construction, hotel opening or design roles; Hospitality, retail, consulting and financial services industry experience preferred; Excellent capacity for client management; Exceptional influencing and negotiations skills; Empathetic, business savvy and operationally aware; Strong project managers with high degree of attention to details
