Responsibilities

Support participants with the Workforce Australia program to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment; Help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on new employment with renewed purpose; Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges; Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments; Celebrate successful placements, big and small; Build lasting connections and partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion

Requirements

Passionate about supporting individuals to prepare for and secure employment; Knack for identifying an individual's employment match; Champion of diversity and inclusion; Natural connector; Innovative and solutions focused; Compassionate and empathetic; Eligibility to work in Australia; Current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle; MyGovID (Standard level); Willing to complete a National Police Check; Able to pass a Working with Children Check; Available to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Experience in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration
