The role combines sales, relationship building, and recruitment consulting.

Responsibilities

Managing the full 360 recruitment process — from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers; Building relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities; Developing your own specialist market within Life Sciences; Working collaboratively in our vibrant Leeds city-centre office while managing your own targets and goals

Requirements

A 2:1 degree or above in any discipline; Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and financially driven; Great people skills with confidence in communication and relationship building; Enjoy working towards targets and achieving results in a team environment; Keen to take ownership of your career and personal growth

Nice to have

Experience in customer-facing roles (sales, hospitality, or recruitment) is desirable
