You need to design some talent acquisition strategies and improve some career development plans.; Maintain some safety guards and employer branding.; Set up all the HR procedures.; Manage all the HR policies and advocate the people and the values.; Manage some performance reviews as well.; Develop some programs and initiate learning.

Requirements

Must have excellent leadership abilities and problem solving skills.; Experience in HR operations and implement HR technology solutions.; A very good work experience in managing HR resources, strategic planning.; Experience in analytics, statistics and specifically reporting on HR facilities.; Deep knowledge of most of the HR functions like management or building strong management brand.
