Requirements

Fully fluent in English and Spanish; Demonstrate experience and expertise in cultural awareness and sensitivity regarding Spanish-; speaking populations; Locate interviewing space and coordinate interviews for research studies as defined in Performance; At least 5 years of experience wit h survey research or social sciences research with Spanish-speaking; populations including experience and knowledge of the types of participants required for survey; pretesting; Existing contacts with local (DC Metro area) community organizations servicing the Spanish-; speaking community with the existing relationships being in place for at least one year; Proficient in using Access databases and Microsoft Excel.
