People Ops Analyst (Vaga para Pessoas com Deficiência)

We’re looking for a talented People Ops Analyst to join our People Team in Brazil - São Paulo! This is an incredible opportunity to join our People Operations Team in Brazil to support our general HR routines. In this role, you will partner closely with other analysts and report directly to the People Operations Sr. Manager. You will play a pivotal role in building a world-class journey for our Wellhubbers, managing the employee lifecycle from their very first day to their last, while acting as a trusted operational partner to support all their needs along the way.

Responsibilities

Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding; Partner with Payroll and Finance for accurate monthly payroll variables and finance activities; Coordinate benefits and vendor management; Oversee time tracking and leave administration; Support compliance and contract administration for interns and apprentices; Collaborate with Global Mobility for transfers and visa compliance; Drive operational excellence; Live the mission and support employee wellbeing

Requirements

At least 2+ years of experience in Human Resources Operations, Payroll, or related areas; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Deep practical knowledge of Brazilian labor laws; Advanced English skills; Highly organized multi-tasker with exceptional time-management skills; Collaborative relationship-builder with excellent written and verbal communication skills; Prior experience in Brazilian labor law and advanced English communication mandatory

Prior experience working with Workday; Experience within a fast-paced or tech environment
