Responsibilities

Hands on experience is SAP, able to handle intra group import procurement; Responsible of conversion of PR- PO within 48 Hours; Responsible for delivery punctuality; Able to solve issues related to Quality ,Goods Receipt , BL , Invoice deviation , IDPMS etc; Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, coordinating with logistics for timely delivery; Reconcile invoices with the accounts department; Updating of info Record , source list in SAP; Submission of MIS as and when required; Knowledge of ERP software (e.g., SAP) and MS Office (Excel) is often required.; Adherence to company policy and compliance; Research, identify, and evaluate potential vendors, maintain relationships with existing suppliers to ensure reliability.; Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

Requirements

Experience - Min 8 Years; Education - Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
