Procurement Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement for heat pumps, HVAC, and sustainability solution components.

Responsibilities

Review technical specifications and coordinate with engineering for accurate BoM finalization.; Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors for critical equipment and systems.; Float RFQs, analyze techno-commercial bids, and lead price negotiations.; Ensure timely release of Purchase Orders aligned with project schedules.; Track supplier progress and expedite long-lead and critical items.; Coordinate logistics, including imports, customs clearance, and site delivery.; Ensure quality compliance through inspections, FAT, and adherence to standards.; Mitigate procurement risks related to supply chain disruptions and cost fluctuations.; Maintain documentation, reporting, and vendor performance evaluation for continuous improvement.

Requirements

B.E (Mechanical Engineering) or relavent Degree; 3 -7 years
