Procurement Specialist

United Elevators is looking for a Procurement Specialist to support purchasing activities for elevator and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

Source and evaluate suppliers for materials and equipment; Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules; Coordinate with project and site teams on material requirements; Negotiate prices and terms to achieve cost savings; Maintain supplier records and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; 1–2 years of experience in procurement within an industrial environment; Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Experience using ERP software
