Responsibilities

Manage recruitment activities from job requisition to offer and onboarding.; Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.; Screen and shortlist candidates based on defined requirements.; Develop and publish compelling job adverts.; Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.; Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment records using our ATS.; Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to support hiring decisions.; Conduct candidate assessments, reference checks, and other pre-employment activities.; Support continuous improvement and digitization of recruitment processes.; Help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

First degree in any discipline from a reputable institution; 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.; Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.; Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.; Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analytics; Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau for data analysis is an added advantage.; Experience using an HRIS.; Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.; Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting.; Exposure to recruitment automation or other HR technology.; A genuine interest in using technology to improve the hiring process.
