As a Recruitment Consultant in Nottingham, you'll work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial team where every day is different. Responsibilities

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to securing job placements; Generating new business and building long-term partnerships with clients; Developing and managing your own client portfolio and specialist market; Working collaboratively as part of a growing, high-performing Nottingham team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (2:1 or above) in any discipline; Ambitious, confident, and financially driven mindset; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Resilience, competitiveness, and a strong desire to achieve results; Willingness to learn and take ownership of your success
