Responsibilities

Recruitment Sourcing Specialist : Sourcing qualified candidates for open requisitions within our client's industry.; Full Life Cycle Recruiter : Leading end-to-end recruitment while managing stakeholders.; Recruitment Programme Specialist : Responsible for managing relationships with local hiring managers and staffing agencies while managing their temporary/contractual recruitment requests.; Recruitment Programme Coordinator: Assisting Hiring managers, Recruitment Specialists and suppliers during all stages of the contract labour recruitment process including but not limited to: interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management and off boarding.

Requirements

Fluency in English and/or in German, Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian, Polish; Staffing industry experience desired but not required; Human Resources experience desired but not required; Excellent customer service skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills
