Responsibilities

Represent Skillbridge Academy in a professional and positive manner; Engage with prospective customers and identify their needs; Present products, services, and solutions clearly and confidently; Build and maintain strong customer relationships; Assist customers throughout the sales and decision-making process; Respond to questions and provide accurate information; Maintain knowledge of company services and current offerings; Work toward individual and team performance goals; Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and sales performance; Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-up activities; Participate in training, coaching, and professional development opportunities
