Responsibilities

Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy; Communicate to clients, team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results.; Manage a team of SEO Specialist; Perform technical SEO Audits, backlink analysis, competitive analysis on a clients website, identify problems and implement solutions in a timely manner; Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings; Monitor and evaluate web analytical tools, dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies.; Stay up to date on latest search engine algorithms update/changes & SEO trends; Develop and implement link building campaign; Coordinate with other departments as Content, Web development Social Media, Sales, etc.; Training, Coaching and Mentoring various teams; Marketing; Advertising

Requirements

5+ years of experience as SEO/Digital Marketing Team Leader or similar role; Strong understanding of Content Marketing, Technical SEO, Local, National & International SEO & Advanced link building.; Experience working with industry tools like Google keyword planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google search console, Screaming frog etc..; Experience working with CMS and building content in multiple CMS environments; Excellent communication skills: verbal and written; Experience working with International Clients including Australia, US & UK; Strong problem solving and leadership capabilities; Effectively provides specialized technical guidance to others across the organization; Team player, strong work ethic and comfort with working fast-paced demanding environment; Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude; Match Search Engine Optimization (SEO); Match Content Marketing; Match Google Analytics; Match SEO Audits; Match Web Analytics; Match Ahrefs; Match Link Building; No match Analytical Skills; No match SEMrush; No match Google Search Console
