Talent Acquisition Executive

Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Director, as Talent Acquisition Executive (Recruiter), you'll play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and securing top talent to drive Jellyfish’s growth and success. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and aligning hiring strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement: Effective and timely communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on recruitment process and highlighting blockers and challenges; Candidate Experience: Provide a positive experience for all candidates through effective and timely communications, giving accurate understanding of Jellyfish and opportunity; Operational Excellence: Accurate use of the ATS and other TA tools, maintaining regular updates and best practices; Employer Brand: Position Jellyfish as an employer of choice and build brand awareness through phone screens, emails, and LinkedIn communication; Commercials: Contribute to business commercials by maintaining accurate data for financial reporting; Recruitment Metrics: Understand team and individual KPIs and SLAs, and demonstrate awareness of how these impact their role; Project Coordination: Contribute to global projects and complete tasks to support TA strategy; Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of channels to source and engage candidates and proactively pipeline talent; People Team Collaboration: Work closely with People team to ensure smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding

Requirements

+2 years experience working an internal recruitment role within a marketing agency environment; Experience recruiting in the Creative, Paid Media and Martech industries in the AMER region; English and Spanish proficiency; Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job boards; Delivering global talent acquisition projects and goals related to recruitment success and candidate experience; Experience building strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates through clear, consistent communication and a consultative approach to hiring; Maintains accuracy in recruitment processes, from ATS management to documentation, ensuring efficiency and a structured approach to hiring; Knowledge in hiring metrics and insights to refine sourcing strategies, improve efficiency, and make informed decisions
