Verse Medical is building modern software infrastructure for healthcare. The Talent Specialist role is designed as the ultimate launchpad for a career in the Talent space, with a primary focus on sourcing and engaging talent across the org.

Responsibilities

Execute specialized hiring: focus immediately on building the top-of-funnel pipeline for G&A and specialized teams; identify and message prospective candidates using LinkedIn, Gem, and other sourcing channels; Master the 'Verse' Narrative: learn how to convert passive candidates into interested applicants by communicating mission and values; Data Integrity & Operations: ensure ATS (Ashby) remains a source of truth by maintaining clean candidate data and tracking own conversion metrics; Support the Process: assist Talent Partners with scheduling, candidate coordination, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience

Requirements

0-3 years of experience in a data-driven recruitment agency or staffing firm; Understanding of the hustle required to find great people and not afraid of cold outreach; Technical curiosity and eagerness to tinker with tools and AI to automate menial tasks; Resilience and drive; Coachability and eagerness to learn and crave feedback; Authorization to work in the United States
