Responsibilities

Own the recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation; Use creative strategies to identify and engage top talent through job boards, professional networks, social media, and headhunting; Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions; Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience and quality hires; Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future needs; Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting a positive employer brand in all candidate interactions; Gradually take on HR generalist responsibilities, including supporting onboarding processes, assisting with employee engagement initiatives and HR projects, and learning to handle basic employee relations, HR compliance, and policy implementation.

Requirements

At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for candidates from agency/headhunting firms, start-ups, or fast-paced industries; Proven ability to hire for a variety of roles at different levels; Strong communication and relationship-building skills; Proficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems (Lever), and job boards; Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; Interest in developing broader HR skills alongside recruitment expertise; Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn; A problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments.
