Talent Partner (DACH focused) - Stockholm

Tandem Health is a fast-scaling health-tech company reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. The Talent Acquisition Partner will join the growing team in Stockholm to help scale Tandem across the DACH region, partnering with the DACH team to attract and hire go-to-market talent and doctors across Germany and beyond, crafting creative sourcing strategies, championing a high-touch hiring experience, and acting as a partner to the business as it expands into new markets. The role is based primarily at the HQ on Kungsgatan in Stockholm. The interview process is continuous and consists of three stages: a first interview with a Talent Partner, a follow-up interview with the Head of People & Talent, and a half working day in the Stockholm office. Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and bring the right people into every conversation; Own end-to-end hiring for all roles as needed (Commercial, Medical Operations & Tech) across multiple European markets, with a primary focus on DACH; Craft and experiment with creative sourcing strategies to attract world-class talent beyond the obvious channels; Build a thoughtful, inclusive, and seamless candidate experience from first touch to offer; Help shape and scale recruitment processes as Tandem grows, balancing speed with quality; Strengthen the employer brand by telling authentic stories about people, culture, and mission; Be a culture carrier, bringing energy, curiosity, and passion into every interaction

Requirements

Proven experience as a Talent Partner, ideally in a high-growth, international environment; A track record of hiring for go-to-market roles and/or medical professionals across Europe; Deep curiosity and creativity when it comes to sourcing in order to find the people others overlook; Excited by Talent Acquisition enablement tools and embrace AI-driven tech and sourcing innovation to work smarter and uncover hidden talent; Strong stakeholder management skills, building trust fast and communicating with clarity; A passion for creating a great candidate experience and championing diversity in every process; Comfort with ambiguity and change, thriving where things are moving fast and at high pace; A genuine interest in healthcare, technology, and making work feel human again
