We are reimagining the phone. AI phones need to be proactive, intuitive, intelligent and low cost. This is a mission critical for rest of the world to adopt intelligence.

There are over 5 billion people using everyday applications such as email, messaging, notes, tasks, and calendars, yet most are not AI-native. Our mission is to build proactive applications and devices that bring intelligence into daily conversations, coordination and workflows, with minimal prompting.

Focus: Designing how AI capabilities are introduced into everyday phone usage.

Responsibilities

Design AI-native interaction patterns.; Explore voice, touch and conversational interfaces.; Design contextual and proactive AI experiences.; Design workflows across different applications.; Reduce the need for explicit prompting.; Make agent actions transparent and easy to control.; Prototype and validate new interaction models.; Work closely with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

Strong product / interaction design experience.; Experience designing mobile applications or complex user workflows.; Strong prototyping skills.; Understanding of usability and user behavior.; Strong product thinking and visual communication.

Nice to have

AI assistant or conversational UX experience.; Operating system or mobile platform experience.; Voice and multimodal interaction design.; Experience designing proactive experiences.
