Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our location in St Peters, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment; Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures; Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation are maintained; Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize store profitability; Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally; Assist in training and developing team members; Implement and maintain company policies and procedures; Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance; Manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs; Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts to drive sales

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if {AGE} or 1 year if {AGE} or older; Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check; Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance; Strong leadership skills and desire to guide and develop team members; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills; Basic computer proficiency; Customer service experience, preferably in food service or retail; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment; Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice to have

Food service or retail management experience is a plus
