Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring high performance and a positive work environment; Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control; Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards; Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer concerns promptly; Assist in training and developing new team members; Collaborate with the General Manager to implement company policies and procedures; Analyze sales data and contribute to strategies for improving store performance; Handle cash management and financial reporting responsibilities; Maintain a clean and organized work environment; Step in to perform various operational tasks as needed during busy periods

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; Proficiency in basic computer applications; Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (2 years experience if {AGE} or 1 year if 19 or older); Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance; Ability to pass a criminal background check; High school diploma or equivalent
