Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 6963 Olive Blvd location in University City, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business success.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment; Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control; Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and maintaining high standards; Assist in training and developing team members to meet company standards and goals; Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records; Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation protocols; Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store performance targets; Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Contribute to marketing initiatives and local community engagement efforts; Assist in maintaining store appearance and cleanliness standards

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if {AGE} or older; Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check; Dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance; Strong leadership skills and desire to lead people; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills; Basic math and computer proficiency; Food safety knowledge and commitment to maintaining high standards; Customer service experience, preferably in the food service industry; Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds; Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
