Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment; Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards and procedures; Manage inventory, cost control, and quality assurance processes; Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly and professionally; Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members; Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving performance and achieving business goals; Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations; Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and reporting; Participate in community outreach and local marketing initiatives; Step in to perform various operational tasks as needed during busy periods
