Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures; Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance goals; Run shifts efficiently, ensuring timely order preparation and delivery; Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately; Interact with customers to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levels; Assist in training and developing new team members; Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards; Maintain a clean and organized work environment; Answer phones and process customer orders; Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and procedures; Contribute to inventory management and stock control

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service environment; Strong organizational and time management skills; Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude; Proficiency in math and problem-solving; Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a high-pressure environment; Effective communication and interpersonal skills; Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
