Assistant Manager (6177) - McKenzie, TN

Responsibilities

Assist with all store operations during shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations; Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect same from crew; Assist General Manager with staffing and scheduling, general administrative duties, maintenance scheduling and reporting; Safely operate all equipment; Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler; Prepare product to Domino's standards; Receive and process telephone orders; Take inventory and complete associated paperwork; Assist with making deliveries or assisting on the makeline if necessary; Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older; Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report); Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area; Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products if necessary; Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions; Must possess excellent communication skills, including ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers to process orders both over the phone and in person, and communicate with co-workers professionally and respectfully; Must be able to perform physical duties including walking, carrying, climbing, driving, stooping/bending, reaching, hand tasks, and sensing requirements.
