As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for assisting with all store operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, set the example, and assist the General Manager with staffing and scheduling, administrative duties, maintenance scheduling and reporting, and any other tasks needed to ensure successful day to day operation of the store.

Responsibilities

Assist with all store operations during shift; Control costs, inventory, cash, and customer relations; Set an example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time; Assist General Manager with staffing, scheduling, administrative duties, maintenance scheduling and reporting; Safely operate all equipment; Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler; Prepare product to Domino's standards; Receive and process telephone orders; Take inventory and complete associated paperwork; Make deliveries or assist on the makeline if necessary; Clean equipment and facility approximately daily; Perform other job-related duties as necessary to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older; Must be able to pass a background check; Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report); Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area; Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products if necessary; Must be able to follow directives; Must be able to perform repetitive tasks; Must be able to work alone and well with others; Must be able to work well under stress; Must be able to meet strict quality control standards; Must be able to provide excellent customer service; Must be able to analyze and compile data; Must be able to make good judgements and decisions; Must possess excellent communication skills including comprehending and giving correct written instructions; Must be able to communicate verbally with customers to process orders over the phone and in person; Must be able to communicate with co-workers in a professional and respectful manner; Must be able to walk, carry, and climb including navigation of 5+ flights of stairs during delivery; Must be able to drive safely to deliver products within a designated area; Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, and perform hand tasks; Must have eye-hand coordination; Must have depth perception and near/mid-range vision for in-store tasks and far/night vision for driving; Must be able to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
