Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager at Burson, you'll play a hands-on role in leading day-to-day operations, driving sales, and motivating your team to perform at their best. We're on the lookout for a motivated Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support our Wynnum branch. At Burson, you're never just a number. Responsibilities

Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers; Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development; Assisting with inventory control; Maintaining store standards and adhere to company policies, procedures and OH & S compliance; Supporting the Store Manager; Leading and supporting your team; Hands-on role in leading day-to-day operations, driving sales, and motivating your team to perform at their best

Requirements

An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment; The ability to engage with, and motivate team members; Client-driven with strong time management abilities & attention to detail

Nice to have

Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
