Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations. This position will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts. The Assistant Manager will be expected to lead the store team members in servicing customers. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations; Manage the store during the Store Manager's absence and/or when working opposing shifts; Lead the store team members in servicing customers; Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom; Ensure retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours; Assist in hiring process; Ensure buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed; Ensure special orders and outside purchases handled efficiently; Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed; Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store; Ensure Zipline messages are communicated and Image Maker tasks completed; Ensure team members comply with company policies; Perform all store opening/closing duties; Assist store manager in maintaining store building, parking lot, signage, equipment, and delivery vehicles; All other duties as assigned

Requirements

Sales Specialist Training; Assistant Manager Certification; RSS Certification

Nice to have

Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification; Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
