Associate Veterinarian

Our hospital provides both comprehensive everyday wellness care and 24/7 emergency and critical care support, giving our veterinarians the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients while also making a real difference when pets need us most. We have 9 exam rooms, 6 GP veterinarians plus additional ER veterinarians, and 3 GP vets on shift per day. The role is a general practice position working 7am-5:30pm with rotating Saturdays. There are NO on call shifts.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical and surgical cases; Perform wellness exams, vaccinations, dental care, and preventive services; Utilize in-house diagnostics, radiology, ultrasound, and other advanced tools; Build lasting relationships with clients and the Port St. Lucie community; Collaborate with a supportive, experienced team of veterinarians and technicians

Requirements

DVM/VMD from an accredited veterinary program; Active or eligible Florida veterinary license; Strong communication skills and genuine compassion for animals and their owners
