Automotive Parts Interpreter - NAPA Welshpool

Our Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, levering their expert automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, but also problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques.

Responsibilities

Interpret parts; Process customer orders; Efficiently dispatch products and parts; Promote specials; Arrange buy ins; Process customer credits; First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone); Contribute to a culture of safety; Receive, dispatch, and put away stock

Requirements

Parts interpreting know how; Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences; Confidence in sharing your know how and communicating knowledge in a way the customer can understand; Innovative and collaborative approach to work; Solution focused / problem solver; Sound computer skills; Must have a valid driver's license; Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment as part of a high performing team; Conscious of workplace safety at all times
