Bar Manager - BFI Riverfront

We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join the team at BFI Riverfront! With spectacular views of Waterloo Bridge and the Thames, our vibrant BFI Riverfront restaurant and bar is the hottest spot on the Southbank.

Responsibilities

To deliver a seasonally changing drinks list; Actively engage in development of products and suppliers; To supervise, train, manage and motivate the team; To make sure standards or service are excellent; To ensure we over-achieve customers experience and expectation; To continuously work towards improving sales and service; Supporting and managing the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring; Ensuring the highest levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained

Requirements

Experienced Bar Manager; very good food and beverage knowledge; outstanding customer service; leadership skills; cocktail aptitude and interest

Nice to have

good knowledge of wine
