Bell Captain

La Posada de Santa Fe, a Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa, is seeking a Bell Captain. The Bell & Valet Captain is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Bell and Valet team while ensuring exceptional guest arrival and departure experiences. This position oversees luggage assistance, valet parking operations, transportation services, and the overall flow of the hotel entrance. The Bell & Valet Captain serves as a leader within the Front Office, ensuring team members deliver outstanding hospitality, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of safety and guest service.

Responsibilities

Leading daily operations of the Bell and Valet team; Ensuring exceptional guest arrival and departure experiences; Overseeing luggage assistance, valet parking operations, transportation services, and overall flow of the hotel entrance; Serving as a leader within the Front Office; Ensuring team members deliver outstanding hospitality, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of safety and guest service

Requirements

Attention to detail; Respect for impeccable hospitality; Ability to perform physical work and lift luggage up to 50 lbs; Organizational and time management skills; Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends; Valid driver's license
