Burger King Team Member

As a Burger King Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing quality food, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders; Prepare and serve food items according to Burger King's quality and safety standards; Operate cash registers, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide accurate change; Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior of the restaurant; Stock inventory, rotate products, and assist with deliveries as needed; Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations; Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction; Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Basic math skills for handling transactions; Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds; Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required; A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
